Who we are
Majento is a software company based in Tashkent and an IT Park Uzbekistan resident. We build products for business workflows, marketing and work with data. Co-founder Serge Shima has built ML systems and led marketing for retail chains, banks and FMCG brands.
Developers, designers and managers take a project from the initial task through to launch together. We agree on the outcome with your team, test the system on working examples and support it after implementation.

Marketing and brand strategy: at BBDO he helped create the Halva card, and later won a Grand Prix Effie.
R&D and gamification at Eurotorg: retail promo, mobile, AR and VR, and the first NLP chatbot in production. According to Serge Shima’s professional profile, the gamified children’s promos he ran brought $21M in profit.
Blockchain and fintech: an MVP of a cross-chain product for UniLayer in Dubai, then AI in the in-house creative team of BNB Bank.

Develops AI agent systems for company documents and correspondence. He has worked with ML and AI since 2017, when his team launched its first NLP chatbot.
He has worked in gamification, fintech, retail, marketing and blockchain. Twenty years in strategy and creative work; he teaches on MBA programmes and runs the AI Masters education project.
