About Majento

Majento is a software and product company based in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. We build AI agents, applications and business process automation, then help teams put them into daily use.

What we build

Our work includes software for marketing operations, document workflows, CRM integrations and interactive mini apps. IT consulting and systems analysis are also available as separate engagements.

We start with one workflow: who performs it, what data it needs and how a useful result will be measured. A pilot defines access permissions, quality checks and the handover to employees. Read about AI implementation.

Founders

Serge Shima leads product, AI and research. His professional background and projects are described on his personal website. Batyr Latipov leads strategy and business development. The founders' experience before Majento is distinct from projects delivered by the legal entity.

Products and education

Iva is a personal AI agent. It demonstrates work with tasks, tools and user context. Company deployments require their own access design and integrations.
Sezish provides speech recognition and translation for users of Central Asian languages.
Claimp is a Mac application for music collection work and DJ set preparation.
AI Masters provides AI education. Software development and implementation are handled by Majento.

MAJENTO LLC was registered in Uzbekistan on 6 May 2026. Tax identification number: 313022075. The founders are Sergey Shimanovich and Batyr Latipov. We are based in Tashkent and work with companies in Uzbekistan and Central Asia.
