Majento / What we build

Custom software development for business

We build applications and integrations around real team workflows, from process mapping and acceptance criteria to launch and handover.

Start with the workflow, not the feature list

We build applications for processes that currently run on spreadsheets and message threads. The system holds the data and working rules the process needs, and employees handle their tasks in one working application. Custom software makes sense when an off-the-shelf service cannot handle your process, data or staff responsibilities, and it need not be a large platform. A sales team may need an internal view combining requests from several channels. An operations team may need document checks with exceptions passed to a person. A marketing team may need an application connecting a campaign experience to its outcomes.

We begin by mapping the current work: who starts it, where delays arise, which systems already exist and who approves the result. This prevents a new interface from reproducing an old, broken process. If configuring an existing system would solve the problem, we say so before proposing a build.

What we build

Web applications and internal tools

We design the interface around the user's work, not a catalogue of features. Roles, access rights, data states and failure cases matter: duplicate actions, incomplete forms, lost connections and corrections. Before launch, we agree on acceptance and support.

Integrations and automation

We connect CRM, documents, catalogues, messaging and internal services where data genuinely needs to move. Each exchange needs a source of truth, update rules, duplicate handling and a failure path. See business automation.

AI agents and working assistants

An agent can retrieve information, draft a response, classify a request or suggest a next action. It first needs trusted sources, authority limits and a way to check its output. Sensitive decisions remain subject to human approval. See AI implementation.

How delivery works

First we define one task and a measurable result. We describe users, data, integrations, exceptions and acceptance criteria. Then we choose an architecture, build a working version and test it on real material with the process owner. Handover covers access, instructions, error monitoring and an agreed route for improvement.

Timing and scope depend on the existing systems and data quality. We do not publish a universal price for a "turnkey application": identical labels can conceal very different integration work and responsibilities.

When a new application is the wrong start

If employees do not agree on the process itself, software will merely preserve the disagreement. Systems analysis, an existing CRM configuration or team training may come first. Once the use case is validated, development has clear acceptance criteria rather than an endless wish list.

Frequently asked questions

Can we start with a pilot?

Yes. We choose one workflow and agree in advance what the pilot must demonstrate. Security and integrations are checked separately before production launch.

Can we work with you remotely from another country?

Yes. We are based in Tashkent and work in English and Russian. For an international team, we agree on collaboration, access and data constraints before implementation.
