Terms and conditions
These terms cover the sotish shop platform operated by MAJENTO LLC and the majento.ai website. They describe the service, the customer's responsibilities for advertising data and Meta tools, and how to end access. Separate service agreements set the commercial terms for each shop or project.

Service and parties
MAJENTO LLC, TIN 313 022 075, 41 Tafakkur Street, Yakkasaray district, Tashkent, Uzbekistan, provides sotish to the shop owner or business authorized to use the service, referred to here as the customer. The platform includes the administration interface at admin.soti.sh, the API at api.soti.sh, Telegram shop storefronts and enabled integrations. The customer must have authority to act for the shop and to connect its accounts. A separate agreement sets the subscription or project scope, price, support and other commercial conditions.
Customer data and Meta tools
The customer retains ownership of its advertising data and rights in its shop content. The customer authorizes MAJENTO to process that data to provide the agreed platform service and enabled integrations. Meta and other providers retain their own rights under their terms.
The customer chooses the accounts, assets and features to connect. It must hold the necessary rights to customer data, supply required privacy notices, and obtain and respect the permissions and consent required for advertising measurement and audience use. The customer must keep access credentials secure, grant staff and external agents access appropriate to their role, and report unauthorized access to us.
Using the Meta integration requires compliance with Meta Platform Terms, Meta Business Tools Terms, the applicable Customer List Custom Audiences Terms, and applicable law. Features depend on permissions granted by Meta, connected assets and the service agreed with the customer. The privacy policy describes the data received from Meta and sent through Conversions API and Custom Audiences.
Responsibilities and availability
MAJENTO is responsible for providing the software service and support agreed with the customer. The customer is responsible for its shop, offers, customer communications, advertising instructions, legal grounds for processing and actions performed by people or agents it authorizes. Use the platform lawfully and respect the rights of others.
Meta, Telegram and infrastructure providers control their services and may change availability, access or technical requirements. Advertising performance depends on the customer's activity and those services. Service levels, remedies, allocation of liability and any limits are governed by the signed service agreement and mandatory applicable law. These terms preserve rights and liabilities that mandatory law requires.
Disconnection and termination
The customer can disconnect Meta in the shop administration interface by selecting "Disconnect Meta". Disconnection removes the stored connection token and stops further use of that connection. For deletion of associated data, follow the Meta data deletion instructions or email hello@majento.ai.
The customer can request closure of its shop through hello@majento.ai. Closure, billing and any data export follow the service agreement. MAJENTO may restrict access to address a security incident, unlawful activity, abuse or a material breach of the agreed terms, and will explain the reason and available next steps through the customer's contact channel. Termination and data requests are handled under the agreement, the privacy policy and applicable law.

Contact hello@majento.ai for service, account, privacy and security matters. We update these terms when the platform's service conditions change. The revision date appears above. A signed service agreement governs the specific customer relationship together with mandatory applicable law.
