Sotish is a product direction for stores

We are developing Sotish, an AI marketer for stores. We build around catalogue, prices, stock, orders and payments so it can help select products to promote and prepare proposals for promotions, ads and mailings. The owner checks the terms and approves the launch. The product's goal is to connect store data and marketing decisions that usually sit in different systems.

We are building around a cycle a store owner can understand: see the situation, choose an action, approve it and check the result against orders. The decision stays with the owner. Sotish is under active development, and its scenarios and integrations grow with each version. You can see what is available now in the demo or discuss it with the team.

The problem we are addressing

When a catalogue is out of sync with a campaign, ads may promote unavailable products. When payment data is disconnected from spend, it is hard to see what produces sales. Generating more advertisements without checking stock and outcomes can increase activity without improving decisions.

In Sotish, we connect product data, marketing work and actual orders. We use a Billz integration for catalogue, prices and stock, and Telegram for the storefront and orders. We are developing marketing scenarios around stock checks, owner approval and evaluation against paid orders. We will check which scenarios are available for your store together with you.

Why this is a Majento product

Sotish brings together subjects we work on with clients: marketing automation, integrations, decision interfaces and AI assistants. We run it as our own product, separate from commissioned projects.

If you need a CDP

Some businesses need a full CDP, or Customer Data Platform: a system that combines customer data from different channels into unified profiles. It needs rules for merging profiles, consent tracking and data governance. We build such a system, or an unusual integration, as a separate custom development project, starting with the customer data sources, identity rules and consent requirements.

Who may find it relevant

Primarily e-commerce store owners and teams with a digital catalogue and orders, whose marketing decisions are still made by hand across several tools. Evaluating a use case requires knowing the source of prices and stock, how orders are recorded and who approves a campaign.

Frequently asked questions

Can I see the product?

Yes. The public project site is soti.sh, and the demo lets you open stores the way a customer sees them; the product site is in Russian and Uzbek. We can discuss with you which scenarios and integrations fit your store.

Does Sotish launch ads without approval?

No. The marketer prepares the proposal and materials, and the owner checks the products, terms and channel. Nothing launches without the owner's approval.
