Corporate AI Training
Updated 20 September 2026
We train teams to use AI in their daily work. The programme follows employee roles, approved data and company tools. Practice covers prompts, answer verification and working with AI agents.
Who the training is for
Executives learn to request summaries, check the basis for conclusions and select automation opportunities. Marketing and sales teams work on campaign materials, customer questions and content. Operations teams practise with documents, reports and repeatable procedures. We agree the programme after reviewing participants' tasks.
What participants practise
- Assigning a task to AI: the objective, context, source materials and output format.
- Prompts for repeatable work: templates, examples and review criteria.
- Fact checking: sources, calculations, omissions and fabricated details.
- Company data: what may be sent to a model and what must be masked.
- AI agents: permissions, task assignment and approval of actions.
Tool selection depends on company infrastructure and policies. Work data is not sent to an external service without an agreed procedure.
How the programme works
We collect task examples and assess participants' experience. During practical sessions, employees work on their own tasks, compare outputs with the baseline and review errors. We then agree follow-up support and help internal AI champions - employees who support colleagues in adopting the tools.
What the team takes away
Prompt templates tested during sessions, instructions for selected workflows and rules for checking outputs. We assess skills through independent completion of a work task. Attendance alone does not demonstrate adoption.
Writing a prompt for a business task
Instead of “analyse this document”, specify what to check, which rules to use and how to present the answer. For example:
Compare these two delivery descriptions. Find differences in quantities, deadlines and payment terms. Quote both documents for each discrepancy. State when information is missing. Do not fill gaps in contractual terms with assumptions.
After receiving the answer, check each quotation against the source documents. A template helps define the review; the employee remains responsible for the decision.
Can training be purchased without system implementation
Yes. Training is available separately. If practice reveals a task requiring an agent or integration, we assess it as a separate project.
Can employees with different experience learn together
Yes. We group learning by tasks and experience. Session format, number of sessions and support arrangements are agreed before the start.
