Request deletion

1. Open admin.soti.sh, select your shop, open the Meta integration and choose "Disconnect Meta". Disconnection removes the stored connection token and stops further use of that connection. Associated Meta records are deleted within 30 days.
2. Email hello@majento.ai with the subject "Meta data deletion". Include the shop address and the connected Facebook account or your relationship to the relevant data. We verify your authority and confirm the records covered and the completion date. Share credentials only through a channel agreed with us.
3. Open Facebook's Apps and websites settings, remove sotish and use the option to request deletion of the app's data. Facebook sends a signed request to our deletion callback. Follow the status link or copy the confirmation code Facebook supplies into the form below.

Deletion covers the Meta user's connection tokens, user identifiers and cached Meta integration data held by sotish across shops connected by that user. A request about a buyer's shop records can be made to the shop owner or to hello@majento.ai. Meta processes data already received under its own policies. A confirmation code checks an existing request. To submit a deletion request, use one of the methods above. A code in this page's address is filled in and checked automatically. Keep your code private. Checking sends it to api.soti.sh, the sotish API.

What the status means

Status	Meaning and next step
Received	Your request is recorded. Check this page again later for the result.
Done	sotish has completed deletion of the Meta integration data covered by the request.
Failed	The deletion service reported a problem. Email hello@majento.ai with your confirmation code for assistance.
Unknown code	Check the code supplied by Facebook, then try again or contact us.
Check unavailable	Try again later or email hello@majento.ai. The request's recorded status is available when the service responds.

We delete Meta tokens, user identifiers and cached Meta data within 30 days after disconnection, shop closure or a verified deletion request. Contact hello@majento.ai for assistance with a request. We may ask for information to identify the relevant data and verify your authority. The privacy policy describes retention, the scope of deletion and applicable record-keeping duties.
